Many states and cities have passed laws outlawing the sale and in some cases the possession of Hi-Cap magazines. Other than New Jersey, New York and California most have not outlawed the ownership of hi-cap magazines. The only recourse available is to “Build Your Own” Hi-Cap magazine. You do this by sacrificing a hi-cap magazine with steel feed lips for this endeavor.

What you are looking at is just the shell of a hi-cap magazine. It needs the steel feed lips gleaned from the sacrifice of the original magazine to become operational. The steel feed lips required come from the magazines which were sacrificed.

Once added to this build-your-own magazine shell, the steel feed lips can be adjusted up/down and side to side to insure the exact angle needed to seat the rounds properly.
