A Full Refund will be issued for NEW parts purchased from Intratec Parts provided those parts have not been modified and/or damaged in any way.

Call 219-213-4622 before returning parts to Intratec Parts. A Returned Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. To be accepted the RAN must be shown clearly on the return shipping label.

Parts received without a RAN will not be refunded and they will not be returned.

In no event shall Intratec Parts, its owners or employees or other representatives be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, punitive, incidental and or accidental damages, injury, or death related to the products sold.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws with regard to the possession, use and sale of any item(s) purchased from Intratec Parts, its employees, owners or distributors. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Intertec Parts, its employees, owners or distributors will not be held liable for the misuse of any of our products.

We do not sell complete magazine of any size, complete firearms, firearm receivers, 80% receivers, full auto parts, plans to convert semi-auto to full auto operation, destructive devices or any other item or data that in any way requires licensing by any governing body.
