The firing pins were manufactured in the USA using OEM specifications.
The Tec 9 Firing Pins are precision machined using our CNC Swiss turning centers.
The firing pins are made from domestic 17-4 Stainless Steel and then are heat treated to a H900 condition.
They were machine for the Tec 9, Tec/DC-9 and the AB-10 firing pins, from Stainless Steel to help eliminate internal corrosion issues and improve reliability. The heat-treated condition helps maximize the life of the firing pin by increasing its Strength and Toughness.
